Designed by the Sabancı University Corporate Governance Forum, the Business Against Domestic Violence (BADV) Project aims to raise awareness of violence against women in business and create support mechanisms and methods to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the women’s participation in business. As part of this project, Turcas has formulated a corporate policy and joined forces with AVITA to unveil an Employee Assistance Program. This program provides the most appropriate legal and psychological advice to staff members who are victims of violence without violating their privacy. Turcas Petrol is also the member of “Business Against Domestic Violence Network”.
