The Shell İleride Youth Social Investment Program, which was implemented in 2023 in collaboration with the new generation learning initiative "Bilim Virüsü (Science Virus)", aims to provide students in the 2nd and 3rd grades of universities with new century competencies and to support their preparation for the business world. The program, which consists of the Learning Module, Business Simulation and Project Generation Module, encourages participants to produce innovative solutions on social issues.
100 university students who participated in the program came together with expert instructors in their fields and received eight different trainings, including design-oriented thinking, creativity and innovation, presentation and storytelling, analytical thinking, learning to learn, communication and teamwork, sustainability competencies and digital competencies. With the Business Simulation, they had the opportunity to produce solutions to real problems experienced in business life. Participants formed teams in the Project Generation Module and designed their own projects in the areas of Accessible and Clean Energy, Reducing Inequalities, Sustainable Cities and Communities, Responsible Production and Consumption and Climate Action, which are among the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. At the end of the program, seed support was given to implement three projects determined by the evaluation of the jury. The İLERİDE Program will continue in 2025.
