Investor Relations of Turcas is coordinated by Mr. Batu Aksoy, Member of the Board of Directors, and the procedures and processes related to the stockholders are handled and followed by the “Financial Department”.
Major activities of the Financial Department are; Capital Markets Board (CMB/SPK) – Istanbul Stock Exchange (ISE/IMKB) – ISE Settlement and Custody Bank (Takasbank) relations, Central Registry Agency (CRA/MKK) operations, Capital Increases, Public Offering transactions, Dividend Payments, updating records of the Shareholders Registry, Share Transfers, Public Enlightenment Project (KAP) transactions, Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly works, and Public Announcements.
Queries received from the shareholders are handled by this department. Usual queries are; Share Changes, Dematerialization Transactions, Dividend Payments, Annual Report requests, and etc.
